At first I didn't think anything of it, until I read WWE Shop and saw the back of the shirt. Why would John Cena get new merchandise that says 15x World Champion right before SummerSlam if he was going to become a 16x world champ in less than two weeks? That gives Cena one week on RAW to wear the shirt and sell it before having to get a new one that now says 16x after he wins? If you follow WWE merchandise closely, they very rarely, if ever, create a shirt for only a week or so. They usually produce merchandise for their stars for the long term, meaning one or two months minimum. Maybe Cena is the exception here, but all signs pointing to Seth Rollins retaining his title at SummerSlam.
