According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Lana has heat backstage after her twitter fight with Paige and accusing her of bullying her in NXT. It also mentions that WWE.com put out an article showing the twitter war in order to make fans think it might have been an angle, when it really was real.
There was already heat on Lana backstage apparently because of her engagement with Rusev and how the WWE were forced to drop their storyline.
