KING BARRETT WRITTEN OFF WWE TELEVISION




It looks like King Barrett has been written off WWE television after he was attacked by Stardust on Monday's Raw... He has changed his name on Twitter back to his real name (Stu Bennett) so it was feared that he quit WWE. With some further investigating, he is heading back to England to film a movie.








I initially was very scared when hearing about this rumour. Wade is one of my favourite guys and I think he is very underutilized in his King gimmick. Seems like the WWE realizes that his King character has ran its course. Hopefully he films the movie and comes back as Bad News Barrett, a gimmick that was loved by fans.

This is still in speculation mode, but it seems more likely he is coming back as a new gimmick rather than quitting the WWE. Your thoughts?
