The video is a bit sketchy, but apparently a fan was hit by the car door that Lesnar threw. The man was rushed backstage with the Emergency crew but apparently returned to his seat quickly and he will be fine! Thankfully the WWE was able to avoid a serious injury and a serious lawsuit here!!!!
