With the RKO being banned at Extreme Rules, Randy needed to get all of them out of his system. I think its safe to say he accomplished that as he hit 5 of them throughout the night. The biggest was at the end of the show after he was alone with Seth in the steel cage and hit him with a vicious RKO off the top rope.
