NXT Results 3/18/2015



  • NXT was live this week from Columbus Ohio!
  • First match of the night was one member of the Lucha Dragons: Kalisto vs Tyler Breeze. 
    • Back and forth match with Kalisto nearing a pinfall several times.
    • Breeze kicks out of a beautiful 450 splash and Kalisto is looking to finish. 
    • Breeze reverses him into the 'Beauty Shot' and scores the 1-2-3.
    • Tyler Breeze defeats Kalisto via pinfall (Beauty Shot). 
  • Wesley Blake vs. Colin Cassady is the second match of the night.
    • Cassady enters with Enzo Amore and Carmella to a big pop of the crowd. They cut a promo on how they are going to be the next NXT tag team champions and that Blake and Murphy are SAWFT!
    • Murphy and Carmella both end up on the same ring apron. Murphy is booted by Cassady and as he is recovering Blake rolls him up for the 1-2-3, sending Carmella flying to the floor. 
    • Wesley Blake defeats Colin Cassady via pinfall (roll-up). 
  • Alexa Bliss vs Sasha Banks
    • Alexa Bliss defeats Sasha Banks via Count-out. 
    • Alexa showing she is in the Women's Championship title picture with a win against the champion Sasha. 
  • Alex Riley vs Kevin Owens
    • Kevin Owens showing why he is the NXT champion in this one. Riley gets a nearfall after a Spinebuster to Owens but that was as close as he would get. 
    • Kevin Owens finishes Riley with the pop up Power bomb for the 3 count.
    • Kevin Owens defeats Alex Riley via pinfall (Power Bomb),.
    • Owens continues to beat on Riley until Finn Balor comes to save the day.
    • Balor gets some momentum until Owens slides away and back to the locker room.
    • Next week we will see Kevin Owens defend his NXT Championship against Finn Balor!
